62-year-old Bruce Gilbert.  The third annual Rock the Parkway Half Marathon held April 14 in Kansas City Missouri dodged a bullet.  It was predicted that the weather was going to be bad.  Like thunder, lightning, rain and 20 mile/hour wind.  It didn't happen.  The humidity was 90% but the 65 degree temp was workable.  4,500 started the sold out event.  Ujena Fit Club director, Bob Anderson ran his 17th race of the year here.  He finished first 60 plus in 1:33:29.  Paul Hefferon posted the best time of the day with 1:11:46.  The winning women's time was run by Kimi Reed in 1:19:14.  Photos by Catherine Cross Ujena Fit Club
