The Ujena races in Cancun were really a lot of fun. The day started off with the Ujena 10k at 7:30am. It was a little windy and humid but the course was flat. The Ujena 5k started at 9:00am. The overall 10k and 5k winner was Benard Kimwetich from Kenya. He is currently living in Mexico City. His 10k time was 34:15 and 5k was 17:01. First woman overlll was 47-year-old local runner Nelly Becerra. She ran 44:32 10k and 23:07 5k. His winning time for the Bob Anderson 15k Challenge was 51:17. The 4th time ever. 64-year-old Bob Anderson placed 4th overall in the 15k with a 44:50 10k and 21:57 5k. He was first Jam photographer to finish. These were races 10th and 11th for him for the year. Jodi Labossiere was the first Jam model to finish. She ran 52:58 10k and 26:49 5k. Photos by Steve Manente Ujena Fit Club
