| Fitness Statement | Fighting Asthma and weight problems I tarted Running late in life - in 2013 as I entered my 30's. First time I completed a mile it was a little under 14 minutes and felt like I was going to die, today I can sprint 6 minute mile and average around 7. Half Marathon and Trail being my passion. |
