| Fitness Statement | Ran a lot during my 40s but due to injuries did not run again until 3 years ago. Now in my third season of triathlons and train 6 days a week either swim, bike or run and weight training. It feels good to get fit again in my sixties. This year I am putting more running events in my calendar. |
