My first Double 15K!

My first Double Race was the 8K in Pleasanton in December 2014. In February 2015, the San Jose Double was my first 15K and I ran as part of Team Taji. It was challenging, but a lot of fun! The most exciting part, for me, was reaching my February 100 mile mark in the Taji100 during this event! So many great people were out there supporting each other. It was a beautiful morning.

Fitness Statement	I like to try out different workouts to keep it interesting. This year, I completed the Oakland half marathon with 24 minute PR over my previous year's time. In addition to hiking local parks and taking yoga, I am taking kajukenbo with the family at Shir Martial Arts and training with The Fit Potato in Dublin, CA, USA for the San Francisco half marathon in July. Hi-yah!
