Lunch break dreadmill. Better than nothing some say. Outdoors on the 3 day weekend with running and cycling. Duathlon next Sunday the 12th.

Ran outside after a "not as hot" front came through.

Dreadmill, due to red bulb weather conditions. I'll get a nice outdoor run this weekend when I am not pressed for time.

Easy 3 miles after an all day baseball yesterday. Kind of tired. 1 mile and 5K this next weekend. 15-16 mile bike ride later today.
