Notes: Did a 30 minute run in the a.m. on Saturday,didn't feel like racing on Sunday. Did a pool workout Saturday night with a 30 minute tempo in the pool. Legs a bit tired. Got up Sunday a.m. and felt like racing...what the heck, I was gonna run anyway!
