Notes: I was on a comfortable 3:40:00 pace until stomach issues at mile 15. Used porto-john at mile 16! Calf cramps at mile 18. Walk-Jogged for 3 miles and was able to keep steady jog at mile 21 and had to walk at mile 23 until I was able to jog in last quarter-mile to finish at 4:21:06!
