Notes: Did not property hydrate or fuel during the week leading up to the race. Tough run. First time ever to: use a port-a-potty during a race; stop at an aid station during a race; get chills while running; give myself permission to walk whenever I wanted to. Would lke to to run this course again with better preparation.
