Notes: Had a cold/allergies the two nights before which made it hard to sleep. I felt fine but depleted before the race. Ran the first 3 miles good within 5:30 pace then my pace dropped off over 20 seconds the 4th. mile for a sluggish last 3 miles. A bit warm but otherwise ideal conditions and fast course. Training felt good later and next day.
