The course was mostly flat had a few hills nothing I was not used to. The worst hill was around mile 24 was not that steap but was rather long. Over all this course is probally one of the best courses I have ever ran. Lots of scenic views, mostly flat, and plenty of drink stops. After mile 6 or so seems like every mile was a water stop. They offered Bannanas, water, gatorade, and gue on the course. The gue's where every 6 miles and i belive the bannana's where at mile 18.

Notes: I ran the intire course none stop. The only time I even slowed my pace was to drink. I was able to keep the pace under 8:00 for the first 16 miles then stayed in the 8:00 range for the rest of the distance. Ended up eating 5 energy gue's at Mile 9, 15, 20, 25 and after mile 20 I was drinking water every mile. My first water break was at mile 6 then every 4 miles till I hit mil 14 then every two miles till I hit mile 20.
