Notes: Felt good as I improved my 60+ best by nearly 3 minutes, moving to #2 on the women's 60+ all-time list. And this was only 6 days after I completed my first 100 mile trail run in the SF Golden Gate Headlands, which had 20,000 feet of climbing.
