| Fitness Statement | Began running at the age of 56 in 2008. My best year was at age 59, and I did okay until age 63. Since then I've been getting slower each year. I figure I'll keep going until the wheels fall off, or at least until an injury or sickness puts me on the sidelines. |

| Running Achievements | Ran 121 half marathons from age 57 to 70, with 119 in a row under 2 hours.
Finished Top 10 in age group in Brooklyn Half Marathon all three years of running it. Senior Grandmasters champ of Knoxville Half Marathon in 2013, 2014, and 2015. Half marathon PR of 1:29:25 at age 62. Several RRCA Senior Grandmasters state championships (NC and TN) in half marathon and 10k. Running Journal Grand Prix championships for several years (Grandmasters twice, Senior Grandmasters once, and Age Group once). |
