KC Rock the Parkway 1/2 Marathon... ran my PR today1:46:07. Got the chance to meet Bob and thank him... Welcome home Bob... Great day.. Great Race... Also got to run with my Cousin I haven't seen in 20 years... I managed to beat her by 2 minutes but I know I won't be so lucky next year :-)
