I love running My HOMETOWN MARATHON ! The sites, the people, the fall weather, leaves turning color, running side by side with the Schykill River.....the parkway,with the flags of all nations, the Bagpiper at Falls Bridge, the Drummer when your leaving Manayunk, the beer dude with the keg @ mile 20, Martha at the 18 & 21 mile aid station , My Wingman, on his bike offering words of encouragement, sort of like a Lance & Johan....Family & friends....stretched out over the course, Tabitha coming to my rescued at Mile 25 after a hamstring explosion....getting wrapped in foil after the finish line....getting wrapped by family & friends....PRICELESS ! ')
