Fitness StatementI love to workout, it's part of my life since I was out of high school. I love doing stairs, running, hiking, and weights. I'm going to change it up, I will soon start yoga and Kickboxing.

I ran with Diesel on Wednesday and Thursday. He took me for a run on Wednesday, WOW, I ran fast :) We were both pooped out!! Then Thursday morning had a great early run :)
