| Fitness Statement | Found out in high a was a good runner and I enjoyed running (few others in my class did). Enjoyed running for Castro Valley High School, Chabot Junior College and Cal State Hayward track and cross country teams. Some high school friends started a AAU team and I join. My fast times and PR's are in my past but I still enjoy running. With age divisions and I am still competitive! Plan to continue running as long as I am healthy and enjoy it. Try to run everyday. weekly mileage 40.60 miles. On bike paths and trails. |
