Fitness Statement | I am not a runner. Even as a competitive cheerleader in my tip top shape - Running is not my thing. Therefore, I have taken it upon myself to make a point to run more for that very reason :) |

It was pretty nice out today so I did my cardio at the high school outside and used the field for my toning as well. Rode the bike back home and stretched before cleaning up :) Goodnight!
After some sunshine, Mother Nature decided it was time for some rain. So, I went to the high school and ran the stairs. Then came home for the side leg lifts, crunches, push ups, plank and ended with stretching. :)
Went with my uncle and little cousin to the beach to blade on boardwalk after church this mornin. It was only about 85 today as opposed to the 103 we had two days ago!! Great day for an outside workout followed by a healthy soup & sandwich lunch. :)
Went on an afternoon bike ride with my cousin after we finished his homeschooling. He went to play his xbox after and I finished up with my crunches, push-up and squats :)
Got up this morning before my first meeting and got in the pool. Starting with 4 laps down and back of freestyle swim. Then put the ankle weights on and walked across the pool back and forth for 20 minutes. Finished up with 4 laps down and back and then got out of the pool and came home for my abs (crunches)
I wasn’t able to post my workout the past few days as I was driving back down to OC.So my workout once I got here was pretty awesome, despite being excruciatingly HOT!! Played some beach volleyball at Huntington Beach with some old friends I haven’t seen in years!Even though it was 100 degrees, it was great b/c between each set, we took a dip in the ocean...So happy to be back home!!
Got my cardio in this morning, then helped my best bud move all day - lifting couches, chairs, and boxes - a day full of workout out - I LOVE IT!!
Went to a spinning classes with the best friend today, first time at one like it. The class was an hour long and directly after was a fitness yoga so we went to that as out cool down.I like switching my workout up as much as possible :)
Had an awesome workout this morning.My cardio consisted of rollerblading with my niece at 7AM.... after dragging her outta bed! She said she wanted to start working out with me before her DD’s start (She’s on swim team) and this mornin she didnt wanna get up, so I made her. lol. :)So after blading we did 200 crunches together in sets of 25 and 100 v-ups and pike ups one after the other in sets of 15.Finished up with the brick wall step ups and stretching :)
Got my workout in a little earlier than usual today because I am watching my nephew and he’ll be here around 7:30Sooo... I kept it outside today for the most part with a run to the high school and two sets of stairs on the stadium. Following that I went to the field and ran one set of sprint lines.OMW home, instead of jogging more, I decided to walk but while doing so I prominently pushed off my calves each step so get a lil extra lower leg workout.At home i use out brick wall for my step up as well as some calf raises.Inside I did my crunches and some push up... no planks this morning but I’m sure I will fit them in somewhere when I get a moment... after all they only take a couple minutes :)
