| Fitness Statement | Since my ACL injury in Sept. 2014 it has been a struggle to keep motivated and moving. With the help of Fitbit I have been able to more consistently move and regain mobility. Strongly believe our bodies are amazing machines and will perform when we ask them to. Completing a full marathon in2013 and then a 50K in 2014 has only proven that even more to me. Just get up and move, a mile is a mile no matter the speed! |
