| Fitness Statement | Ran alot of road races in the 80's, 90's and early 2000's then kind of got out of racing for several years but never totally gave up running. Got the bug again last fall and have run 4 half marathons this spring with a best time of 1:46. I'm currently running about 45 miles a week (6 days) with a long run of 15 miles and also hitting the track once a week for speed work. I hope to get back to a more competitive level for my age group this fall or next spring. |

| Running Achievements | I've ran Boston (97) and Chicago (98) Marathons and KC Marathon 4 times..all back in the 90's. I have pr's of 15:45 (5k), 32:36 (10k), 1:14.30 (1/2 mar) and 2:56 (mar). |
