Happy I made it to the gym today. I did 35 min on the new Precor machine, 300 crunches, a bunch of squats and some other machines. I also went to yoga, Vinyesa Flow 70 min. It was my first day back to yoga since August so I did not push myself too hard there.
After having to take time off, I went back to the gym but just small workout. I am back doing the Precor EFX but only 30 min. Then I did 300 crunches, a lot of squats and the seated calf machine.
I was able to go back to the gym after 3 1/2 weeks. I just did a limited workout though so 3 mile walk on treadmill, 250 crunches and a few machines and also 10 min on precor crosstrainer. I took many many breaks though. It will be 2 more weeks before I can do full workout and yoga.
I went to yoga class but there was a sub. and she turned it into a a pilates class so I left. I did 300 crunches and a few machines and left.
I did 4 miles on the treadmill/fast walk, a short workout on eliptical machine, 1 hour yoga, 90 min. various machines and crunches
I am back at the gym now, gonna try for 3 times this week so two left to go. I did 70 min yoga, 300 crunches and a few upper body machines. It is so hot here and too hot in gym then yoga class wall to wall people so hot there, it wore me out fast but I will try again tomorrow or Wed. hopefully both.
Back from another gym slump, just extremely busy but I did 4 miles walk on treadmill, 300 crunches, various machines and about 40 minutes of yoga since the instructor did not show up so a student tried his best to lead the class through it. Overall a great workout.
I just lost my whole post here so I will make it short. I did yoga class, 15 min. of hot hula my first time, and a 1 hour zumba class also my first time. I also did 300 crunches and various machines. I am sure I will be very sore.
I did a repeat workout of the one I did a few days ago The only difference was this Yoga class was intermediate Vinyesa so more intense. I had to be soooo careful. I don't think I hurt myself, I hope, sometimes I don't feel an injury until the next day.
I finally made it to the gym this week but I did a good workout. I took my time though and didn't overdue as much as I used to but I managed to do 5 miles walk on treadmill, 60 min. Vinyesa Yoga, 300 crunches and a few machines.
