On November 17th, I competed in The USA Track and Field Masters 12K in Alexandria, Virginia. I won the National Championship for the 60-64 age division and was also overall age graded champion with a 94.99%.
I ran 42:55 for the distance which is a new American record. The old record of 43:04 which I set in November, November,16, 2013.
