Notes: Very hilly course, cold start in lower 30's. By far, Regan's best race of the year, his Garmin showed 6:10 for mile one and 6:00 flat for mile two. Was running stride for stride with the race leader, a runner from Spain, and experienced a horrible side ache in mile 3 which Regan is prone too now and then in colder temps. He ended up walking twice attempting to eliminate the pain. Said he ran as hard as he could holding his rib over the last half mile. Heck of an effort and winter cobwebs are getting dusted off!
