Notes: Sore hamstring that day. Stayed cautious to avoid more injury prior to KC Marathon in 2 weeks. It's my hometown and brother Steve came to the finish. My Mom walked the 5K -- they gave her a free registration for being 83 years old. That was her last time to see me run.
