Notes: really sore today the past weeks workout really took a the strength out of my legs but still was able to keep it under 20. Going through a new building phase I believe in a few weeks I will be running faster 5k's then I have ever ran before.

run "Thanks I just started a new build process the last marathon relly took it out of me. Sure the two races right after it did not help any but I belive in a few months I will be faster then ever. Not sure I will hit my goal though."
