run "Yea think a lot of it was mental not wanting to push to hard plus there was a big gap between me and 2nd place and 4th was about 20 seconds back their was really nothing to make me run harder. Anyway I will probally skip the 5k thats coming up and focus on recovery and come back stronger the next race. "
