Standard Uptown Houston course. Lots of turns. Volunteers at water stop behind table and on phones. Table was 10-15 meters off the course. Award plaques said Division Winner regardless of 1st, 2nd, 3rd. Clock was off by 2 secs as all of the starting line elites noted on their watch. Appeals unheeded.
