Getting Ready for the Boston Marathon
Last year Bob Anderson ran 50 races. This year his big challenge is to run the Boston Marathon April 15th and to race all 10 Double Road Races. In addition to this his son Michael is finishing up the movie "A Long Run" which will be released in December, 2013. On Saturday Bob and the film crew got together with Monica Jo for some filming and some training. Monica is a super hill running and she offered some good advice...
