Thanks for the comment. I've had a good year in my races and hope to continue to improve. I wish I could make it Aug 24 but I'm going to Europe Aug 8 returning into LAX on Aug 23. I have not run a Double yet but I'll try to make the next one in Bay area. I start next week 16 weeks training plan for Santa Barbara Marathon Nov 9 and then in December I purchased a 20 week Boston plan thru Greg Mcmillan for Boston April 2014. I'm trying for 3:08 in Santa Barba (My 4th marathon) and if I get close I'll try for 3:05 in Boston. I don't know how I'll do but that's my plan. I feel I can at least go below 3:10 since I did 3:12:18 in SF.Dave Miller 7/19/13 8:47 am
