run Bob - mountain biking is a great training tool it not only build strength but dramatically improve your bike handling skills. Plus what is better then being in the woods with friends during fall in perfect autumn weather?

Got chilli here at the Jersey Shore but perfect weather for a 10k. Still riding the high of the triathlon season. Good tempo pace for me 8:15.

runnerDonna - I love multisport there are some many benefits to cross training. One of my favorite things is to do a sunrise ocean swim - sometimes we are lucky to have the company of dolphins. Amazing!

runnerBob - thanks for welcoming me to the Club! I am a triathlete and mountain biker. Still a novice to sport but I will share with you that just over three years ago I was 250 lbs with a 42" waist. 65 lbs and 10" later I am lean and fit and living life to the fullest! I look forward to getting to know the group!
