Two workouts today,Started off with a good hour of Yoga this morning,and then finished the day with some Tai Chi. Relaxing day, no work today, just rested and kicked back to recuperate inside and out.
I had another great massage today, so felt relaxed all day. Finally this evening I jumped into my Yoga and Stretching, And worked out with my bands for my upper body. Feels good so far.
I took the plunge last night and pulled out Yoga X and tried my best. 90 minutes of the toughest Yoga moves known to man. I did my best. And I feel it.
After a long flight I really needed my Tai chi and some Yoga to stretch out and relax. Worked up a good sweat too.
OK, so I fell a couple of times today. This Tai Chi is not as easy at it looks if you really try to concentrate on the positions. But it is an amazing program as it can really be a workout. Spent over an hour with intense sweat. Crazy !
Did some great Tai Chi this morning with a friend who knows it well. This is a great low impact workout for anyone who needs less stress on their joints. Or in my case, no bouncing the neck .
Well I'm kinda glad I may have to stop running for a while. It was 42 degrees out this morning. I jumped right into my Total body solutions and keep going for the whole 90 minute series. Then I took a short nap. Now for some drugs to get me thru the day.
I have done 2 workouts today to fight boredom and dissapointment. Neuro Surgeon appt in 45 days. Did Yoga and stretching for an hour this morning with Big Tony Horton . Then I just finished a whole set of Total Body Solutions - 90 minutes. I had use 3 towels to keep me dry. Lots of cardio for me. Hot shower relaxed me. Maybe another workout before going to the party tonight and dancing.
Wow, that 5k beat me up on Sunday. Still feeling it. I did some Yoga, Tai Chi, and stretching all day today. I wish I had an indoor jacuzzi
