Did the Ujena 5K in Cabo. My time was 4 min longer than last year but I was stopping and taking pictures of the runners. Would of done better if I did not have my camera
Good workout today in the gym 20 min bike, 20 min eleptic, 20 min machine, 30 min pool work,
Did my 1st workout in a long time. been so busy setting up the new house. Even though have been using the pool every few days . today was a serious workout in the club house gym
got up early to do a walk, covered over 2 miles. in the afternoon went to the resort gym. 20 min on the elpitic and 30 min on the weight mashines.
The Wreck Dive was tough, Large swells 10-15ft, strong current all the way down to 90 ft, 60 ft Vis. Hard to stay on the wreck. Lots of fish, bit i thought the current was going to rip the camera out of my hands. Was so tired went back to the room and wrecked (zzzz) on the bed for 3 hr.
2 Hr of scuba today, nice schools of fish, has a school of barracudas that was pretty cool, but could not get a good picture because I was shooting with macro. Walk for an hour. Going back out tonight
Walked over a mile today and spent two hours underwater chassing fish. Dive were good and got some nice shots which was hard in the strong current. Hard part was getting back in the boat with 8 - 10 ft swells.
Went for a two hr walk along the beach in Cancun and came back along the hotel main drag. figure i covered miles. Scuba tomorrow =)
Little sore after yesterday but still did the gym. I little lighter on the weights today with a half cercit. The 25 min of racketball. The afternoon was spent raking. 3 arcers is a lot to rake. Figure I have 2 or 3 more days out in the yard. My arms are beat. LOL
In the morning went to the gym and did the weight machines. Was the first time for a full set of machines. The afternoon was spent raking the back yard
