Fitness Statement | I am near a 50 year vet of the roads! I am the parent of two daughters,27 and 22, and run about 30 races a year across America. I have done this since winning boston in 75. I think I am the only american to have a significant marathon win on five continents.. I am tied with Frank Shorter for third spot World Rankings of Marathoners according to Track and Field News .This is for lifetime rankings. I love to meet new runners/marathoners,and particularly enjoy meeting some of the Vetern runners as well. I am a great fan of our sport. I think its the most competitive sport in the world...and the sport that has the most positive impact on our health and fitness. |
