| Fitness Statement | I am an avid crossfitter and usually will be found in the gym 7 day a week. Whether it be hard strength work outs or simply stretching out on my rest days. For me its more important to have myself in the gym then on the couch. I also believe having my daughter see this and also having her involved in crossfit Kids will instill this fit mentality into her everyday life when she is an adult. |
