I have been working out at least three hours a week on strength training at the fitness studio I belong to.. So busy I have not been posting but I am working it!
Yep, I worked out this morning for an hour at Shawsu Fit Studio. Worked out with my trainer Ajay... Lots of ab workout.
Back From a four day Disney Land trip and I am so happy to be working out all the kinks at my workout studio! I think I was on too many roller coster rides because I kinda ach all over from holding on so tight and being jerked around on the rides! I feel like Disney Land was a work out all by it's self including all the walking I did!
Up at 5:15am and worked out at the 6am Strength Training class by Amanda! It included some cardio introvols along with some circuit training for a overall workout, one hour. Personal training from Ajay. He helped me with some wrist strengthening because I'm not sure my wrist has recovered to 100% from when I fractured it last March. I continued for a full hour of more weight and some cardio on the rower.
Worked it out at the Shawsu Fitness Studio this morning... I have been really bad about posting my workouts, but I am putting in at least three hours a week! The classes I attend are Strength Training and then a personal work out with my trainer to stay on track with my personal goals. I also add a massage once a week.
I'm feeling pretty good! Can't complain about anything in general and that is a good thing! I worked out for two hours this morning.. First hour with Amanda and Shawsu has a new fitness challenge so I did my first workout to establish a base and in a couple of weeks we will test again.. It consists of a 200 meter row, plank, squat, bending squat, and pushups. I really did well so I will have to work hard to improve! 1 star is the losest and 5 star was the highest and I aveargd 3 star. No bad! My second hour was with my trainer Ajay and we did a lot of cross training concentrating on some overal stretch/strength movements and core work.
Great to be back to my 8 A.M. Strength Training classes on Monday and Wednesday at Shawsu Fit Studio .. I am going to still make my 6 A.M. workouts on Tuesday and Thursday along with my additional workout with my trainer one hour a week! Feeling great and getting stronger!

I worked it my 2 hour Tuesday with Amanda and Ajay! lots of cardio intervals mixing in the strength training....
7 A.M. strength training class... stretch, cardio, and a circut workout concentrating on upper body.
