I ran an easy 2 miles today, walked a half mile, and than performed 20 minutes of Yoga.
1 mile warm up, 5x400 with a 400 jog rest (I did not stop during the workout) , and a 1.25 mile cool down. This was my first track workout since the flare of my injury, so I kept the pace very doable and relaxed. Felt great.
Ran with some old friends today around Quarry Lakes in Fremont. Enjoyed it very much, and my legs felt great. Did Yoga before leaving the house, and I will do some later as well.
Walked in town and then ran 33 minutes in/around Blarney. Was a little hilly. Felt good.
I performed 15 minutes of Yoga before my run, then I ran 2.8 miles, and then I performed another 25 minutes of Yoga & Core after my run. Felt good.
25 minutes of Yoga this morning and a half of mile walk. Later in the day, I ran 3.5 miles and then did 30 minutes of "Power Yoga". Felt good.
Today I ran 2 miles and walked .75 miles. Then I did 30 minutes of Yoga and some additional core work after.
I started my workout with 20 minutes of Yoga, then I ran 2.0 miles and walked .6 miles, and then I did 15 minutes of core. Felt good today.
Today I walked 2 miles in the morning and ran 3 miles this evening. Felt good.
