Today was all about manual therapy (massage) and stretching. I got a list of new stretches to help loosen up tight spots and the massage definitely helps keep everything loose and flexible! Doing this every so often helps me go back to doing the more intense workouts with lower risk of injury.Have a good day all!
My workout consisted of a cross between many different types of workouts. With my hand injury on the mend I can start getting more intense with my workouts. The first round took me 9 minutes, including the wall sit. I stopped timing after that because I wanted to concentrate on technique. Here is my workout:
50 SQUATS
40 JUMPING JACKS
30 KNEE HIGHS
20 TRICEPS DIPS
10 BURPEES
50 CRUNCHES
40 BICYCLE LEG LIFTS
30 CALF RAISES
20 V-UPS
10 HAND RELEASE PUSHUPS
1 MIN WALL SIT
Repeated 2x
