Fitness Statement | Competitive grand master who averages 50-70 miles training per week year round. I've been a member of Runners Roost Elite Racing Team for last 5 years and co-manage Phidippides Track Club. My weekly training consists of 4 key workouts - a track workout, 2 tempo runs and a long run (12-20 miles). The other 3 workouts are typically 6-8 miles and are recovery/easy runs with 1-2 days per month taken off. I also lift weights 3 days per week. |

Running Achievements | I'm a frequent age group competitor who participates in an average of 30+ events per year from 5K to marathon consistently placing in the top 3 of my age group.
