Yesterday my leg was so bad I couldn't even get out of bed, seeing my neurologist on the 19th. Today I was able to walk 2 blocks. I almost fell once and aside for having to stop once coming back, I did 1 block more then my 1st entry. Tomorrow I'm going to try 3

Didn't feel right when the maximum my workout can posibly be is walking and felt funny about it you all running marathons but I have 3 Major disabilities. Today I walked 1 block, tomorrow maybe 2. My mission is to do it again w/o a cane or crutches
