Comments | This is a fantastic idea! Thanks for inviting me! I used to walk daily when living in Boston, but since moving to Florida, I have gotten lazy about it. This may be the perfect thing to keep me motivated! Thanks!!! |

Even after the mornings Yoga practice, a friend and I will be returning to Love Yoga in Naples FL for a Anusara style class tonight. Sometimes I think if I didn't have anything to do I would be spending all my time doing yoga and meditation!
Did my morning Meditation and yoga and am heading out to Love Yoga with a friend for a basics class!
Today I reached the 21st day of meditation and yoga every morning. Thanks to the UjENA Fit Club for keeping me motivated and Thanks to the UjENA staff that tipped me off to the meditation challenge!!
This is day 19 of combining added meditation to my usual morning yoga routine and I am amazed at how just a few minutes of meditation before practice can eliminate any potential stress from the upcoming day and it also enhances the focus of the yoga.
Completed my morning Meditation and Yoga and this evening my friend is being evaluated on how far she has progressed as an Anusara teacher so will be doing another hour and a half tonight to support her! Looking forward to it and know I will be sleeping sound tonight!
I was a slacker and wasn't very religious in my Yoga practice until Bob came along and opened the Fit Club! His enthusiasm and passion for running has been very inspirational and his Club has kept me on track every single day. I think I missed posting yesterday but I didn't miss practicing Yoga and did another 45 minutes this morning as well as yesterday. :-) My former instructors would be impressed!
Thanks to the wonderful folk here at UjENA I found out about the Chopra Center 21 day meditation challenge. It is now day 9, I haven't missed a day yet and the meditation is always followed by yoga now. The meditation somehow adds a deeper focus to the yoga practice, and thanks to this log and the FIT Club I have become more focused and devoted to my practice....
After the morning's meditation and yoga, I proceeded to take on a heavy duty session of house cleaning. Scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming. it can be an amazing work out if you want it to be... and it was!
I had vowed to start my days with Yoga and recently vowed to start my days with meditation and yoga. Off to a late start today, by about 4 hours, but I honored the vows I have taken for both of these things are a way of taking care of myself. I am a firm believer that everyday we must take time for us and also take time for the things we love!
The morning started with a meditation that lead into a full session of yoga which lead to a nice 10 mile bike ride to the market and back and now time to relax with a fresh fruit salad!
