Ran the trails at Santa Teresa Open Space and took a spill. Scared a few people as I got up to keep running, but I needed to get back home.

Run along the rushing creek in Ohio.

Beautiful coastal run at Wilder Ranch today. Sun shining and fresh air. First run since last weekend's 9 mile pacing at American River 50 miler and 2 epidurals in my back. Took it slow and easy. Getting ready for Pacific Grove Double Road Race!

That sounds like a beautiful course.

Fun run in Campbell today with my buddy, Jessica.
Yesterday rode 35 miles through Scotts Valley, then did a 1 mile run off the bike.. Beautiful weekend for training!

It was a very nice weekend for training...you really mix it up! Good cross training!
