"Whoa.....glad you didn't break your leg. Probably would have only run 1:39"
Richard Stiller 9/3/13 1:01 pm "On Tuesday Morning, I tripped on some uneven pavement 8 miles into a 15 mile hill run and ended up in the Emergency Room at Queens Hospital with a broken bone in my right hand and a torn rotator cup on my right shoulder (Very Painful) but it would have been more painful had I not ran in the Kauai Half Marathon. It is hard to run fast if you don't have a good arm swing. This was my second slowest half marathon in my life, with only my first Half Marathon (in 1984) being slower, but I still finished first in my division (the old guys division). NOW to Heal up. "
