Hello there! Just want to say, I miss you guys...since the last Double Run at PG, I've been busy but still manage to do some running/training at Fremont Older...doing 6-8 miles on weekdays and Saturdays is the long run (10 mi). Training for the Brazen Racing Trail Half Marathon...hopefully by November.....
Anyways, I did a gun run event....Gladiator Mud Run and I quickly found out that I don't have any upper strength at all...LOL so wifey and I signed up for 12 Cross Fit Session and every session is kicking my arse :-D
