Thanks Bob. You are right, i should look at it as a "situation to improve myself", to be more knowledgeable in this new to me sports and not look at it as an injury that would hold me back. Thanks again, Bob!
Injuries (I call them situations) are the worse. But there is a solation for every situation. Since you are not able to run, make sure you are walking every day. It will get better....
After being injured and not able to run for 20 days...I need some motivation!
