Fitness StatementI love staying fit and finding a new and exciting way to do it! I was a cheerleader, gymnast, dancer and track sprinter, high jump long jump for 15 plus years. After college, I stay fit threw Pilates, boopcamp classes, yoga and zumba! I recently started training on the training on the TRX suspension trainer and the gymnastic rings!

expanded my horizons and did spin class, at 9 am, then did zumba at 6 pm.

forgot to post my kick butt, bootcamp class yesterday! I' have dropped 12 lbs since PV and am working toward being lean and mean, by October!

I got up and went to the gym this , morning to do a 45 min yoga class. I will return tonight for boopcamp class, to a butt kicking workout challenge!

runnerthese long hours, I have been working make it hard to have the time and energy to workout, but still came home and did a 30 min. cardio zumba cd!
