all weekend ive been working hard around Rickjames house. Weve been setting up the 3 tempos for the winter, raking leafs and some other stuff. I also did a little bit of yoga

once again feeling really lazy, i only did a little bit of cardio and then 30 mins of yogaé

tonight after school i walked a bit while the weather is still nice.

really lazy today so all i did was a little bit of yoga, for about 35 mins

I did 1 hour of yoga on the Wii fit yesterday... harder than it looks!

Yoga is harder than it looks for sure...

last night i walked 2 km and then this morrning i ran/walked 2 km. After this mornings cardio i also did the Brazilian butt lift cd, the bum bum work out

well i have to walk to work and back, then im gonna go for a run since Rickjames isnt gonna be around tonight. Ill try to run 3 miles
