Fitness Statement | ACSM personal trainer, has spent many years working in the health care and fitness industry. Utilizing insights gained from interfacing with doctors and health care professionals, she provides a unique understanding of the aging process through specialized health care plans, patient education and nutrition. Additionally she continues studies as an American College of Sports Medicine Certified personal fitness trainer, developing educational programs for schools and health and wellness facilities. Amanda is a student of Advanced Medical Qi Gong, studying under Doctor Arnold Tayam, Prof. DMQ , Director of The Longevity Center. Drawing upon her experiences with Women’s health issues, she emphasizes Qigong as an important and useful tool combined with nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle to evolve to one’s fullest potential. |

Rancho San Antonio Morning run after teaching my 6am Total Body Conditioning Class. I miss you Catherine! Hope your having a great time!
Trail Run at Rancho then nice swim. The rest of the day, training and practicing my Tai Chi. Promoting Qifit! The way to stay balanced throughout your workouts from the inside out.
On Top of morning trail run today, I did a mini tri swim 500 meters and run 30 minutes with my younger brother for fun and practice with a great view.
TaiChi and Qigong practice two hours today with Sifu. Then off to Tahoe! Trail running here we come!
Hill interval workout on a 1000 meter hill! It nice to be outside. Afterwords , 30 minutes of TaiChi for Stretching. Then off to DC to do 1000 meter Swim! #Staying QiFit
The reason I havent been able to post my workouts Is because I have been very busy working on running, training and meditating(qigong) ... trying to inspire others.... When I do comeback, I feel refreshed,ready to motivate, and filled with the ambition most runners share to achieve their next personal goal. If you have a dream, follow it and never give up#Fortafy.
