I had a quick 2 mile run with my brother this morning. Now it is off to work. Moving a 3rd story apt this morning so I will be running stairs!
I went to the track this morning and ran 5 miles. Last mile, I did 25 lunges at each quarter mile interval.
The rain is kinda clearing up but it is still really wet. I only ran 3.5 miles this morning. Stopped when my feet got soaked.
Life has been a little crazy lately but I am having a break from crazy this week. Day off...slept late...ran 5 miles followed by 50 push ups, pull ups, chin ups, wide arms. Now I am going to have breakfast with my mom. I have only been passing her in hospital hallways for like 10 days.
My bro-in-law's uncle showed up yesterday so I was relieved of hospital duty. I spent about 3 hours playing sand v-ball at Sneaky Pete's last night, slept in my own bed for the first time in a week and ran 8 miles this morning. Will work on upper body this afternoon.
I ran 2 miles this morning then I went to the gym with Mariah. I did the whole weight circuit then spent a lot of time in the resistance pool. Nice to have an unexpected day off work.
I ran a quick 3 miles this morning. I was hoping it would loosen up some sore muscles. My trainer had me working with resistance bands last night and I have some muscles that are pretty stiff today.
It's great to have the weather a little cooler to run in. I can breathe a lot easier. I ran 5 miles this morning. Followed up with 50 push ups, pull ups, chin ups, wide arms and 5 minutes of jump rope.
Lots of work this week, classes, and I started working with a new trainer.im pretty sure he is trying to kill me. I need to learn a new position. Anyway, I ran 5 miles this morning. No upper body because I have 2 moves today.
I work moving people's homes. Yesterday was a 14 hour move. Today won't be that long but I am moving a 3 story apt to another 3 story apt. I am the stair guy on these moves. That means they bring all the stuff to the door and I spend the day running up and down the stairs with this stuff handing it off to the guys loading the truck. Enough of a workout!
