I am an elite runner and train every day. I am transitioning towards the longer distances but consider myself a multi-terrain athlete and love all surfaces (road, track, cross country).

Are you running the 5k on Thanksgiving day in San Jose? We will be there. I am running the 10k. Looks like there is going to be close to 20,000 runners. Good luck! Bob Anderson 11/16/11 8:29 pmSaw on our Facebook group that you are running...since you run after us we will be there watching. The grandkids will be running their races at nearly the same time but we will work it out. Hope it is not going to be as cold as last year...we will get some photos! Bob Anderson 11/17/11 8:38 am
Welcome Giliat to the UjENA FIT Club. Congrats on the 1:03 in San Jose. Only Meb was able to beat you on that day. I read your blog and your performance was amazing considering you were sick leading up to the start. It is weird how sometimes the body really come through. Must be exciting qualifying for the trails. We found five races you have run this year, if you have more go ahead and add them. Keep us posted on everything. Good luck!!! Bob Anderson 10/11/11 9:34 pm
